  • Fish Brining & Smoking: $4.50 per pound.
  • Jerky: $4.50 per pound (10 lb minimum).
  • Brining & Smoking Services: We can brine and smoke a variety of meats, including pork bellies, hams, hocks, roasts, and turkeys.
  • Grinding & Wrapping: Available upon request.
  • Sausage Add-Ins: Enhance your smoked sausages with delicious additions like bacon, jalapeños, cheese, and more for an additional cost.
