- Fresh Sausages:
- Bulk Sausage: $2.00 per pound.
- Link Sausage: $3.50 per pound.
- (10 lb minimum for both).
- Fish Brining & Smoking: $4.50 per pound.
- Jerky: $4.50 per pound (10 lb minimum).
- Brining & Smoking Services: We can brine and smoke a variety of meats, including pork bellies, hams, hocks, roasts, and turkeys.
- Grinding & Wrapping: Available upon request.
- Sausage Add-Ins: Enhance your smoked sausages with delicious additions like bacon, jalapeños, cheese, and more for an additional cost.
