Please note that all game must be brought to us boneless and clean.

• Smoked Sausages: Starting at $4.00 per pound (25 lb minimum).
• Fresh Sausages:
• Bulk Sausage: $2.00 per pound.
• Link Sausage: $3.50 per pound.
• (10 lb minimum for both).
• Fish Brining & Smoking: $4.50 per pound.
• Jerky: $4.50 per pound (10 lb minimum).
• Brining & Smoking Services: We can brine and smoke a variety of meats, including pork bellies, hams, hocks, roasts, and turkeys.
• Grinding & Wrapping: Available upon request.
• Sausage Add-Ins: Enhance your smoked sausages with delicious additions like bacon, jalapeños, cheese, and more for an additional cost.
